[Day 6] Body
Lay me down on the forest floor
stretch out beside me.
The world narrows down to these
breathless
moments.
I have no gold, silver, or gems
and yet
Your warm breath whispers
love poems
to me,
claiming that pearls are better;
Your tongue lapping at the
ocean rhythms
push and
pull
the tidal roar
waves crashing,
shivering under the Maples and Oaks,
beneath the blue sky
My knees quake,
Your strong shoulders can bear that burden
as You continue to sip
from my cup,
overflowing
endless
only for You
in this moment, Gwyn, Oh Gwyn
let me quench Your thirst
let me Soothe You
Drink of Me
